chcase is a perl script used to rename files in linux or unix environments.
You can change filenames to either all upper or all lower case,
or specify perl expressions to operate on the filenames.
1) Download chcase
2) Make it executable (eg: chmod 755 chcase)
3) Move it to somewhere in your path (eg: mv chcase /usr/local/bin)
4) Run it (eg: chcase)
I wrote this for my own use, not because I'm a programmer looking to write stuff
for everyone to use, but many people have found this little script very handy.
Just run it and read the help carefully!
